In the description it shows the book is with cd but I received it without cd.In the book in some chapter it mentioned that it comes with cd but I don't received it. I request to replace it with cd but in replacement I received the book named Fifty shades of grey.

Why sellers are providing books in which the code for student's manual has already been expired? Please provide me my student's manual or its unexpired code so that I can even download.
