How is the flavor extraction of the siphon method compared to a moka pot? I have found moka pots to produce incredible coffee.

It is very clean tasting (for example if you use cream or sugar try it without), and the flavor lasts and keep on going for a while. Haven't tried Moka pot, but prefer glass over stainless. That looks like expresso, which is different than the coffee produced by Siphoned.

What comes in the box?

The base, the pot, the siphon with its lid/stand, the filter, and a long handled spoon.

Can I get the glass part if it is cracked?

When I had a problem with the bottom heating unit, I contacted the company using the phone number listed in the instruction manual, and they replaced it for free. So, they were responsive and helpful. Of course, it was still under warranty. But your best bet is probably contacting the company directly and asking about the cost of a replacement.

"What's the absolute minimum (in milliliters, please) in water/coffee this will hold?"

When filled to the level recommended for five cups of coffee (the maximum amount), it holds around 500 milliliters, or around 17 ounces of water. The minimum is as little as you want to add. This thing works great, by the way. If you like coffee made from the siphon/vacuum process, this electric one is the way to go. Simple and fast, without having to deal with a butane burner's flames.
