Good quality had Hoover header tag welded on collected fit perfect on my 4.0 6

This is how it was delivered. The outer box was ok, but the inner box was torn, and the gasket hanging out of the hole, bent.However, I've heard a lot about the quality, and straightness. I bought a felpro gasket for it. Put a straight edge on the flange, was only maybe .020" out overall. Not bad. Welds look great. Inside, the pipes were cut well and not protruding through. I'd buy it again.I put a coat of VHT header paint on it before I installed purely personal choice.I would buy again.

Please change your motor mounts while performing this job! It will be much easier with intake and exhaust manifold out. Also the worn motor mounts cause some of the cracking issues. For the money it is a great buy. If all you want is to end the annoying ticking leaking exhaust sounds or eliminate the exhaust odor from the engine bay this is your fix. Decent thickness in the tube's. Welding is so so. I used a flashlight yo make sure all welds were sealed and it all checked out. I quickly sprayed it wirh brake cleaner and used exhaust manifold paint to just help it last a little longer from rust. Recommend fully! For a little over 100 dollars its awesome. if you're expecting perfection go spend your money on another site not Amazon, come on be realistic.

I put other brand names like DORMAN side by side and they are all coming off they same manufacturing line in China. I would recommend using a better gasket than the one it comes with. Overall happy with the purchase and project went well.

Right product

I gave them the benefit when the first one didn’t fit. Returned it for a second try. The second one was made incorrectly also. Both contacted the block in the same spot. From a straight edge on the flange to the collector it was approximately 1/2” too short when compared to the original that fit. It doesn’t let the flange sit flush to the cylinder head which would have been a guaranteed leak. Plus, the block would have rubbed a hole in the pipe in no time. Sending it back for a full refund. Buyer beware.Update to add I ordered the Dorman manifold. Perfect fit and better welds. Spend the extra money for QAQC
