Is the strap adjustable?

Hi, this evening clutch comes with chain strap, length 46 inches, drop 22 inches, and it's not adjustable.

I’m not sure what you’re asking, It is a very pretty clutch bag. It is also very well made. One side of it is smooth satin and I spell some coffee on it and it cleaned up and the stain went away. I was impressed. The other side is rough and has sequence on it, or rhinestones. It is small like I wanted but it’s big enough to carry my wallet my car keys a small package of Kleenex a tiny mirror and some lipstick. It looks like it should cost more than it does. I really like it.
