Made in the USA from the finest, vintage-correct materials, like 1018 cold-rolled steel for the blocks, and hardened, nickel-plated steel for the saddles. These bridges are beautiful to look at and sound beautiful as well! This Mexican model fits guitars with 2-1/16” screw & string spacing, including the “Standard Strat”, which is made in Mexico. This is a super nice upgrade for Standard Strats! String Spacing: 2-1/16” Screw Spacing: 2-1/16” Included Arm: DG (Gilmour) Length, Parchment Tip Fits: Standard Strat Our illustrated diagram in the images section shows all of the tremolo models side-by-side, with specifics about choosing a model that will fit your guitar properly. All Callaham trems feature Callaham’s Enhanced Vintage block and Virtual Pop-In arms. This feature is designed to take the play out of the arm for improved feel. It also makes for quick and easy arm installation: Push the arm in and screw it around once or twice to engage a couple of threads and you’re ready to play. The block’s internal precision-reamed Delrin bushing provides a bearing surface for the unthreaded portion of the arm, improving feel while minimizing risk of arm breakage. See our cutaway illustration in the images section. The block features a machined top surface, free of paint, permitting solid metal-to-metal contact between the block and the underside of the top plate, for maximum rigidity with no dampening of vibration.
