It’s been one week i can feel a difference. My Garmin watch tracks my sleep shows I’m getting better sleep and longer REM sleep.

Works well and don't really crash later in the day.

Feels the difference

I am very familiar with ZMA products over the last 10 years. I use them primarily to sleep better. I gave this a try to see how boron affected me. I did not feel drowsy as with every other ZMA product I’ve used. I used the entire bottle, taking as described. Less than 10% of the nights did I notice feeling sleepy on-time. And about 20% of the nights, I had trouble falling asleep. Definitely different. My body certainly didn’t react to it the same way as boronless ZMA. Otherwise, I’m sure it’s a good product and does the job with high quality ingredients.

Quality supplement but beware that in some individuals boron causes night sweats and hot flashes. Because of that, it defeats the purpose in regards to sounder sleep.
