It arrived a wrinkled mess!! I ironed it, which took awhile. I read the reviews and decided not to wash it because of the possibility of it shrinking. So, I used fabreeze on it to make it smell fresh. Don’t do that! It left water marks all over the dress so I had to wash it!I used the hand wash setting on my washing machine and hung it up to dry. I was very worried about it shrinking. It did, a little, but the only place I really noticed was the chest area, which was very loose before washing. After washing, it actually fit better.It didn’t not seem to shrink in length or in the waist?? I ordered a medium. I am 5” 8’ and 140 pounds, 36 DD. It fit great after the washing.The dress was actually softer after hand washing. It had to be ironed again, but it was not near as bad as when it arrived.I put a stretchy belt around the waist, which looked good!So, I would buy it again, when it arrived I would wash it, hang dry and then iron. It was a very flattering dress! Not to thin, but a light weight material.

Oh my god! I am so in love with this dress. So much so in fact, I went and bought three others in different patterns. This dress is so flattering, comfortable, and overall awesome. It’s definitely true to size, though tall girls, the front slit does come up pretty high, so you’ll need to be vigilant (especially if it’s windy) and make sure you don’t accidentally let it open up too far. (I’m 5’9 for reference, my husband is close to 6’5). The material is nice and lightweight, it surprisingly didn’t wrinkle much while I was sitting in the car for about 25 minutes. I’ve washed it twice and dried it in the dryer both times and it didn’t shrink as far as I can tell. It’s such a comfy, flattering dress that I would 100% recommend to everyone.

Idk if they just sent me the wrong dress but it was not blue. Still giving four stars because I do have this dress in another color and love it! Very flattering and comfortable, only downside is it gets wrinkled easily.

I love this dress! I’m not a slim person and this accentuates in all the right places for my curves. It fits nicely and is comfy and light fabric wise. The color is vibrant and accurate to the photo for the pattern I purchased. I definitely feel like it can be dressed up or down making it a more versatile piece. So far the quality is good after one wash and ironing.It’s definitely a great piece especially at the price point, and if you snag it when a pattern is on sale!

The dress was super comfortable: light and airy and fit well (true to size), but the material is very thin and wrinkles easily. I ordered the darker green color, which was beautiful. My intention was to wear this to my cousin’s wedding but the material seems too thin for a cocktail wedding and not sturdy enough to withstand traveling. I’m going to return mostly because I don’t want to deal with ironing the day of the wedding. It also didn’t sit right on my boobs and made them look kind of saggy. Overall: loved the color and comfortable but it just wasn’t what I was looking for because it is very not wrinkle resistant.

I arrived home from a wedding and was so grateful that this dress was waiting on the porch for me. I had another event to attend that night and was just tired after the long weekend of festivities. Opened this dress, tried it on, it fit as expected! Tossed it into in the washer and drier with my regular darks, put on some accessories and off I went - comfortable and confident. When we walked into this gala event with a "tango at twilight" theme a lady volunteer said, "fabulous dress!"Here's the thing: this dress is actually made of cotton! With just a bit of spandex for stretch. Perfect! It is light weight and airy. great for summer in southern california.I bought the dark navy blue and i would say you'd want to wear something underneath if you purchased the lighter colors - if you're concerned about modesty.But wow. I'm ordering another. I bought the large (i'm 5'3 and 165) and it fit everywhere but was just a pit tight in the bust. a safety pin helped that. but trying the XL next.If like me you are sick of polyester (wrapping your body in plastic) this fresh, light, natural dress will please you.

Colors were exactly as described, fabric thickness was great and not at all see thru. Size was accurate and put together nicely and for a great price. I can wear this for multiple everyday things with a jean jacket or dress it up for a girls brunch.

(5’3” / 125 lbs / Size Small)Dress is beautiful. It fit absolutely perfectly, however it did shrink a bit after washing it. Length was noticeably lost. It still fits wonderfully but I did love it a little bit more before washing. Maybe I should’ve let it air dry. I washed it in the washer on a Delicates/“Handwash” cycle and then into the dryer on low heat for a short amount of time.I didn’t have any problem with the neckline, it fits modestly and securely for me. And like the other reviews, the slit in the skirt is not open, it’s discreetly sewn together so no wind-related mishaps are possible x)Material is soft and flowy, zero wrinkles after the wash, not too heavy and not too light. Good material for spring/fall and possibly even summer. The color I chose is not see-through at all.Packaging was odd, it was shipped in just the clear unsecured bag that normally is put inside Amazon packaging..All in All, I would definitely order again. It’s a very beautiful and comfortable dress.
