Good Hotspot
Love it. It works perfect with all carriers in US and The Caribbean. The power bank does not hold a lot of charge for wifi and charging simultaneously but still good.Tested it with Google fi, t-mobile, cricket, Verizon, Gen-mobile & Claro.Very fast and reliable.

Easy to use and good size for traveling.
I placed a TMO sim card and it was easy to set up. You just have to use a laptop or computer that make changes to the password. I couldn't do it from my note 20 plus. You can download the instructions in English from their website. I downloaded their HUAWEI HILINK and it connects to the router just fine. This router is worth buying for its functionality and capabilities.

I had to return this unit as it didn't work with my service and was meant for Europe and not the US.

Almost returned it, but figured out how to get it working
I almost returned this, because I had a hard time configuring it using my ISP information. I ended up resetting it a couple of times and realized that I entered the wrong ISP information. After that, it has worked great. Make sure you get the login information from your ISP settings page before transferring your SIM into the unit. Might save you some headaches.

Internal language is not English
Received this unit to be used at a tailgate SuperBowl party. Was not able to get connected to the internet. Tried going into the settings through the internal browser and everything is in Chinese. Do not see an option to switch language. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
