it says it includes the faucet. is this true??

Yes, it comes with a very nice quality faucet along with the connection hoses, drain plug and pipe and p trap. You may need some additional pieces of pipe depending on the length to your home's connections.

does the sink come separate?

It is packaged separately but in the same box. The great part is that it comes with the sink, faucet and all the parts you'll need to install it and make it functional. The look is modern and sleek and while it has a very small footprint, it is very attractive.

Can faucet go on either side? Ie can you just put the top on the other way?

yes it can just flip the entire part of the sink around

Fantastic stylish small sink

A fantastic sink vanity combo for small spaces. The porcelain is very high quality and the faucet fixture is very nice as well. Easy to assemble and easy to install. Great value for the money.

Love the sink

I design a Jack n Jill bathroom so I needed a shallow sink that didn't stick out too much. Sink is sturdy and well made. I just wish my plumber had paid closer attention to my design and installed my plumbing correctly. I had to make the box to cover the drain line. Which this is the perfect float sink that could have went to the wall.

Very small.

I bought it to put in a small RV bathroom but it was too small for me.

Caution (seller wants me to pay for the return of a defective unit)

Cabinet is defective having the factory mounting holes bored in an incorrect position, you will not be able to assemble this unit. I do not know at this time if it was a bad factory run or isolated to just my unit.

Nice! Very sturdy and pretty.

Easy, easy assembly. I was a bit put off, at first, when I saw the bag full of screws and widgets. But, it has easy to follow instructions and other than tapping in four wooden dowels with a hammer, all I needed was a screw driver to assemble the cabinet. Very sturdy and cute. Very well packaged and every section of the cabinet has a peel off label on it, for very easy reference. I’m going to buy another for the guest bathroom.
