food grade = safe
This is the real deal - no powder here! You can see the crystal formations, and this is a great help for soaking painful ingrown toenails and aching feet. I also use them in the bathtub for a comforting soak. I don't like to use products that are not food grade that can be absorbed through the skin. This is quite different in look and feel from what you find at the corner drug store.

Electrolytes are important
After spending too much money on fancy electrolytes, I decided to make my own. I use these Epsom salts, Nu-salt, and some sea salt. Works just as well for a fraction of the cost.
