We had to rush her to urgent care. I cannot express how terrifying this was.The build quality is beyond irresponsible — the cheap battery and poor wiring clearly make this product a massive fire hazard. It’s shocking that this is even allowed to be sold. If we hadn't reacted quickly, this could have started a full house fire.Please do not buy this. It’s not just unsafe — it’s outright dangerous. However, it's not so slow as to be unusable. It connected to Wi-Fi easily without any problems. Downloading apps takes a few minutes. I cannot comment on cellular capabilities, as it's for my six-year-old who only uses it for messenger calls. Overall, it's a good product for its intended purpose. My daughter loves it, and I've ordered a second one for my thirteen-year-old, who is interested in its novelty features. Neither child will use it as their primary cell phone, as they already have iPhones, but it's a cute and worthwhile purchase, suitable for young children as a first phone.
