I have had two similar tents in the past. Both of those tents hit PVC pipes. This made them prone to breakage in snow or heavy rains. It also will allow them to be blown away even when tied and weighted.This one has metal pipes. I still have it tied and weighted, but even in winds up to 40 miles an hour, it has not had issues. Heavy rain and snow is still accumulate on the top, but I am able to push it off without having the frame damaged. The only downside to the metal frame is weight. If you plan on using this as a portable tent, it is heavy.This comes with front and back walls that can be rolled up and side walls that can have the center unzipped and rolled or windows with screens rolled up. Having this flexibility is nice. However, the window curtains should have clips like the doors rather than strings that are too short.This is also height adjustable. It’s not an adjustment that can be made on the fly, but you can decide how many extensions to put at the bottom of the legs.I restore vintage cars and this gives me some extra space outside of my garage in Ohio. It also makes a decent paint booth. This would be also great to use for a family gathering, picnic, grad party etc.This is an excellent tent for its price. Get it for temporary use or be prepared to address rain and snow in a timely manner. Be sure to secure to the ground. Don’t buy it if you think you’re getting a maintenance free permanent structure.

Great product works great and is good quality for the price. Better even.

Buyer beware.. do use the strap points that are attached.. a lite breeze pulled the stitching out and flipped it .. when I say lite breeze I’m talking about 5 mph max.. bent All the legs instantly where they slide into top..there are several places in the material that looks like it’s about to rip..waste of money and 3 hours of work to have ruined by poor stitching

It went up easy enough. I put it up in about 3 and a half hours by myself. Disappointed with the side screen flaps.the velcro is flimsy and definitely doesn't hold the flaps down. The slightest winds breaks them lose and they fly all over the place. Gonna need to find a better way to secure them.

The frame is well designed but the tarp is a very low quality. The cover is poorly stitched and doesn’t have enough Velcro on the windows.

Easy to assemble and for the price works pretty well. we did have a part that goes on the base polls but the company sent them out when we notified them.
