I liked the taste best. It is sliced very thin, so getting it out of the package can be difficult. Good value.

What more could one say about a vaunted worldly treasure of the culinary realm?Sure, it doesn't come directly off a slicer in the midst of a tapas crawl in Madrid.But for convenience and authenticity outside of Spain, you can't go wrong with Fermin's Iberico!

Was very tasty, not as thin as I like it but it lasted less than 5 minutes when I put it out for family. Best served at room temp! It’s a meat so its appearance out of the package was not a concern, looked like Iberico ham to me! 4 Stars because nothing like unpackaged and off the leg.

I was excited to try the Iberico de Bellota Ham, expecting it to stand out because of its reputation and price. I usually enjoy cured ham, but I thought the flavor would be more intense or complex, considering it’s Iberico. For me, it didn’t justify the premium price tag.Quantity vs. ValueThe portion size was smaller than I anticipated, especially given the cost. While the packaging was well-done and kept the product fresh, the overall value felt lacking.Final ThoughtsIf you’re looking for a high-quality ham and enjoy a slightly sweeter flavor profile, this could be a good option. However, if you’re used to other cured hams, you might find this one underwhelming for the price. Personally, I wouldn’t repurchase.

Todo muy bien

We LOVE jamón iberico and have been lucky to have tasted it often. I had high hopes but we didn’t like the texture; too thick and tough. It also came torn but that’s bc of the marble. Just didn’t look pretty on the table.

The jamon was packaged well and of good quality. Very fresh and reminded me of my visit to Spain. Certainly a nice alternative to buying a full leg to carve ... So, a nice gift ... or a special "occasion" snack. If you're planning to entertain with a larger group of people, or will "hit" this on the regular, investing in a "carve-able" piece would probably be ideal (not to mention the awesomeness of carving it!)--since this package could probably be stretched out to a few people at most ... before a riot sets in by those wanting more. Needless to say, it's nice to be able to purchase "Iberico de Bellota," essentially, on demand without having to cross the pond to get it.
