My teeth feel smoother and cleaner than ever; Flossing is faster, more efficient and oh so thorough! It took me at first several nightly flossing sessions to get the feel, to first slide floss down between tightly spaced teeth easily (forcing can break floss) and then curve around each side of each tooth - as clumsy as learning the piano, at first. Now flossing is a breeze and a pleasure! The power of sonic vibration to break up plaque forming bacteria vs flossing by hand is the magic. And easy care: I add a drop of soap to the floss head & handle, rub it all around, rinse, wipe down, let air dry. Change floss head weekly. Battery lasts a couple months. So very glad I found this flosser. Game changer on a nightly and essential hygiene task.

Amazing product!! I love to floss and was excited to try this product. I’ve been using my electric flosser for a little while now, and overall I’m really impressed. It definitely makes flossing easier and quicker than using traditional string floss. I feel like my teeth and gums get a much more clean, and I’ve noticed less bleeding over time, which tells me my gum health is improving. The device itself is comfortable to hold and has different pressure settings, which is nice if your gums are sensitive. The battery life is strong, I can go days without recharging and it’s much quieter than I expected. I highly recommend this product.

The flosser offers three speed settings, with the medium speed striking the ideal balance for my needs. Initially, I harbored concerns about the durability of the floss heads, fearing they might wear out within days. I’m pleased to report that they’ve proven impressively long-lasting. I’ve since enrolled in a subscription to receive replacement heads approximately every 20 weeks—a convenient and worthwhile arrangement. Though my first interactions with customer service were met with modest delays, once I connected with Toni from their team, communication became prompt and helpful. I also found that while the learning curve took a couple of days, the device soon became intuitive and effortless to use. Notably, after three weeks of regular use, I have yet to recharge the unit—a testament to its excellent battery life. In sum, I wholeheartedly recommend the Slate Flosser to anyone seeking a cleaner, more satisfying oral care experience. It is an outstanding product that truly delivers.

This is my second one. The first died after almost a year and I went back to amazon who gave me 50% versus replacing it that was my only negative. Otherwise it’s a very good product my dentist is thrilled with my teeth and gums.

The battery lasts a long time between charges, and the overall performance is consistently great. The build quality is solid, the device is quiet and it's fairly portable. If you're tired of flossing being a chore (or skipping it altogether), this device will change that. I was surprised how easy it was to get between teeth, especially those hard-to-reach spots in the back. Bottom line: It’s a bit of an investment upfront, but if you care about your teeth, it’s totally worth it.

This is my review of a Slate Flosser I purchased, not based on a free product. This is a fantastic product, well designed, nicely packaged and convenient. Instructions are clear, the device comes with sufficient charge for several uses before needed to recharge. The proprietary charging cable has a strong magnet to easily connect and charge. The unit is comfortable to grip, vibrations settings are three and it remembers the last used setting. The good: the floss heads have ribbed sides to clean the gums. They are easy to swap, they firmly attach to the flosser. The memory setting prevents having to push the button until the desired power setting is achieved. Battery life is good. Instructions are clear and the unit comes well packaged. The bad: Slate took a page from Apple and ships the product with no power adapter. They recommend at least 20w which is a standard now but for the price it should have included the power adapter. The heads are expensive, seems they want to recover R&D costs as soon as possible, I guess that number of glossers sold versus number of replacement heads sold will give them a comparison point and lower the price. A head that last about a week of less at $30 per box of 20 is hard to justify for 450 strings that go between your teeth and start breaking immediately. Final impression: I will use it for a while, works great, but will see if pricing for consumables go down, I hope. I don’t think we will see knockoff heads any time soon.

The ease of use and convenience makes me adhere to regular daily usage. I would like to come back later for an update after the dentist cleaning visit feedback.

I would not recommend this product for people who generally use dental tape due to teeth being close together. I thought the hi frequency vibration would help make the floss go easily between teeth but that is not the case. I only used it once and unfortunately it was too late to return it.
