if you have sensitive teeth, I would say yes it does help, I can't say much about how effective it is with whitening my teeth, I have been using this toothpaste for a few years now, get it thru amazon subscription, and mostly only use for help with the sensitivity. It does have a good taste, and your mouth feels refresh. The toothpaste in general is of good quality. The bottles are made of semi-hard plastic, so does makes a bit difficult to squeeze those 3-5 last usage, so I recommend getting one of those toothpaste squeezer things to help get that last squeezes out. The teeth does feel and taste clean, fairly straight forward to use. Far as value for the money, that is questionable, I noticed a very spike on the price, it was really worth for me a few years back, now is getting a bit too steep.

You know it's good toothpaste when you bother leaving a review for it, right? Seriously, I no longer have any sensitivity to cold, my breath smells great, and my teeth are whiter. It's perfect. Also, it tastes good, no weird chalky feeling, and the price is right.

Teeth sensitivity is something I have lived with for many years. I started using Pronamel about ten years ago and I no longer need to have numbing gel on my gums when I have my teeth cleaned or an extra shot when having a tooth filled.The taste is pleasant. and it also whitens. The cost is worth it to me!
