Game changer! If you're on the fence about buying this - just buy it!! We put off buying this for so long and now we wish we didn't. It is amazing how quickly everything is growing! We eat fresh lettuce for our salads all the time now and it just keeps growing to replace itself. We used to buy so much lettuce from the grocery store but those days are over. Of course we're growing other things besides lettuce but that's the main thing we've been harvesting so far. We've only had this for 2 months, winter months at that. We don't need to worry about weather conditions or pests destroying our harvest. It is very easy to maintain.

Update: The manufacturer contacted me and are replacing the pump and extending the warranty. So I am increasing the stars for customer service and will update after new pump is installec.Love the idea of this. Set up was great. Plants started growing. But we have had to replace the pump already. The pump that comes with this set-up is garbage! I am in the return window, but don't want to disassemble this thing because I will have to figure out where to put my veggies...

We had an issue with the water pump but the seller sent us a replacement really fast! We are very impressed with the product all the way around. Growing radishes, tomatoes and lettuce. They look great.

I have a black thumb I cannot keep anything alive.I spent thousands of dollars over the last decade trying to grow with soil.Now that I switched to hydroponics I am having great success so far with plants that never would have sprouted for me before.Hydroponics > Soil.Great kit a bit pricy but worth it.

I have ended up buying 2 of these systems and love them! Growing amazing lettuce, kale, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, sweet peppers, beans and peas!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased 2 of these and one has had a pump failure in the first month. Not great... However, everything else about this system is pretty awesome. If you want to grow tomatoes though you probably should look somewhere else. The tomatoes grow great but there is NOT enough room for anything big. I do have a bunch of pepper plants in the top and they are doing good however there probably isn't enough room for those either. I will include a video to show what is going on. Thanks!

Original Rating (3-star): Ordered 2 Growell 3-tier 90 pod setups. Easy setup. However, each kit comes with 6 grow light bars, and one of my light bars were broken out of the box. Have tried multiple troubleshooting strategies... no luck. Will have to call Growell because Amazon was unable to provide a replacement without returning the whole kit. My kit is already setup, contains fluid, nutrients, and plants. I suggest plugging in the lights and testing it before you go through all the planting portion of the process. Finding replacement light bars for my system has been a pain.Update (to 4-star): While Amazon was unhelpful with simply providing a replacement light bar, I was able to contact Growell directly via email at the provided email address on the manual provided with the kits. Support was great, as they responded quickly, and only needed my order #, and mailing address. New light bar on the way, and should be here within 5-12 days.My kit has only been up and running in less than a week, and my plants are starting to germinate (see attached picture).Update (to 5 star) New grow light arrived within the specified time and in working order. Systems seems to work great, so far. I didn’t receive enough pod labels (received 12) or pod covers (received 30) I checked on Amazon, but I couldn’t find the ones specifically made for the Growell hydro garden. Nor have I been able to located on the manufacturers website.
