It came in a good condition.Easy to hold a little heavy but works.Works on the screen real well and good touch sensitivity.A good product only problem is that it can't be used all the time.I used it for everything I did on my tab and the tip wore out in only a few days apart from that it is really good for ocassional use like when writing and drawing but the screen needs to be cleaned every time before use because the dust particles get caught under it and it left a few scratches on the screen

Looks like I received an open stock old item with defective product. Had no choice to return back. Can’t expect an Amazon Basics product to revive in such way and defective.
