Iâve only tried it in my matcha so far, and itâs pretty decent. It tastes like agave to me but with no aftertaste.

WARNING: NOT just Allulose
This product says "Allulose Syrup" on the front label. There are no other descriptors. This violates federal labeling law, as it contains other sweetners stevia and monkfruit, which are significant and give it an off-flavor. And...you can't return it once you find out. Bad choice Amazon!
