It’s perfect!
I really like these yoga books, because I have been practicing for several months and every time I like this exercise more, thanks to this book and the practices it has I have done everything much better with my body, healthier and I am also at my ideal weight. It's perfect for my grandmother who has already been doing this practice for years as well.

Very good
I found this book really interesting. It starts out explaining the history of yoga and how ancient and modern day yoga practices differ and how they are similar. Then it shows how the different yoga poses can be modified for older ones by adding a chair for support. You’ll learn how yoga is a great choice for flexibility, balance and weight loss. You’ll even learn to reduce stress by following the exercises in this book

It's for us all
For the senior stuck working at their desk, for the grandparents who watch their grandparents and many more this book is for you! You can fit this practice in and the pictures are easy to follow. I love how it fits in the busy schedule and works with injuries too!

Basically useless
Many exercizes not even in chairs and not even exercizes.. some seem rather dangerous with lowering your body as if sitting in a chair. I did not expect much and got it. One illustration per pose then with written directions how to do it. Also the poses are colored illustrations not a person and the all have white hair . Really.

No care taken.
You can tell a lot about a book by how much care has been taking in all aspects of it's presentation.This is a book for Seniors, yet the Author has selected Reading Age 5 -18 years (see photo) Now that might have been an accident, but not to check and rectify tells me everything I need to know about the care the author has taken.There are many good Chair Yoga books available, scroll on.

excellent guide
Reading this book was an eye-opening experience for me. I've always been interested in yoga but found traditional practices challenging due to mobility issues. Chair yoga, however, provided a perfect solution

Yoga over 60
First of this book is great. Iblove allbof the illustrations. I applaud anybody of 60nstill doing back bends even over a chair. I like how easy this poses are, at least some of them. This book is mindful of seniors. Making sure poses are din correctly. This is recommended reading.

Chair yoga for seniors over 60
I am not a senior but do have a health condition where it's hard to exercise so this book would be great to get my exercise somehow and have the movement that I need each day to help with my muscles. I what grabbed my attention is that it talks about the history of chair Yoga and it was great and interesting. I found that this book could be good for any age it is easy to follow with the illustrations.
