12 Inch Pet Snail Climbing Toys, Ideal Snail Terrarium Accessories, Perfect for Pet Snails That Like to Climb

My daughter recently acquired a pet brown garden snail after we received an old but fancy terrarium which had housed a tarantula. The tarantula decor wasn't quite what a snail needs, and based on my daughter's research (who knew there's an online pet snail enthusiast culture?), snails need a bit of fun enrichment and exercise from climbing. We put this little moss-covered toy into the terrarium, surrounded it with some extra moss, and added the snail. Almost immediately, the snail was moving around the base of it. I ended up going to bed, but the next morning, there were trails of snail slime all over the toy, and indeed, every morning I see the same tell-tale evidence of nocturnal use. One little note, we were able to bend the toy a little to reshape it into what seemed the best fit for our enclosure. I'm not sure how much bending the toy can take, though.

It arrived dry so I watered then added to the rest of the moss I ordered. I think it’s a good product not sure what else to say.

DO NOT BUY.Immediately started molding 2 days into using it, my snails climbed on it the first day and then they hid in the furthest corner for days after, I wasn’t sure what the white fluff was at first and then I realized it was mold and it contaminated my enclosure. When I removed it and cleaned my enclosure again, my snails went back to normal, climbing all over the tank. They were actively avoiding it and trying get get as far away from it as possible.STAY AWAY- THIS COULD KILL YOUR PETS OR MAKE THEM VERY SICK.Unfortunately, I threw away the plastic packaging and cannot return it so I’m at a loss.
