This product is of great quality, very sturdy and pretty to look at. It was also SUPER easy to put together and install. Definitely worth the money.

Easy install, very sturdy and affordable!

I love the look and simplicity of this. In theory it is sturdy, however even though I drilled the pilot holes as directed, all 8 of the bolts deteriorated while I was securing them in.Also, this may have been returned, most of the protective wrapping and styrofoam was missing, and the bolts were loos in the box.

Look great and is nice and sturdy.

The install was easy and looks and fit perfectly! BUT ! The drill bit is cheap and so are the anchors. Go get a good drill bit and anchor bolts.

The rail itself seems fine, and if you're putting it into wood it would probably be ok. I tried mounting mine to concrete. Oh boy.They supply you with an 8mm masonry bit which is junk, not for its cutting ability, but for the fact it has 4 grooves in the shank and will not run true in any 3 jaw drill chuck, so you end up with too big a hole no matter what. Then the anchors they supply are of the lowest quality as are the nuts and washers. Even after running the nuts down over the studs to expand the anchor and lock it in place the bolt still turns freely or drops down into the hole. If they do manage to lock in, the threads strip off the stud as soon as any meaningful torque is applied. Whoever decided to save ten cents per hundred units by using hardware made from play-doh should be publicly drawn and quartered. My neighbors had to take their kids inside because of the constant stream of obscenity spewing from my scowling face as I cursed this person, their family and the day they were born.All this so that my dad doesn't skin his knee going up the one step to my front door during his single yearly visit to my home.Buy anything else.

The description says 3 step, however when I received the railing,the box says 2 step which makes it way to short for my home. I have ordered the 4 step and hope its the 3 step. If not, I will return and not replace again. More to come.Overall, the quality of the handrail is very nice.
