Even though it is in the graphic novel format, it stays true to the original story. The storytelling is superb. I bought it for my 9 year old and she can’t put it down. Highly recommend. This book is fantastic and the whole series is amazing the story is incredible the development of the characters is fantastic definitely recommend to anyone who likes dragons and graphic novels.
