Missing parts
Missing handle to close window and key. It is impossible to get in touch with vevor. Tried through their website - no live person to talk with. Their support telephone is not in service.

Cheap cheap cheap
This window is so cheap. Slid it out box and saw how flimsy it was, we just put it right back in the box. Don’t waste your money or time. They drag out giving you your refund. Money tied up in junk!Update: DONT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR. They have received the item back but yet they hold on to your money. Is it my fault that their window is crap. My business needs this money to get a replacement window. VEVOR don’t buy their products!!
