I am not sure if this supplement is the main cause but definitely has helped! I started last week on Monday intermittent fasting, 18:6 protocol, healthier eating habits, moderate work outs 3-6 times a week, and I started seeing a difference at the beginning of this week. I have pcos and I am sure a combination of all those factors above, have contributed to my weight loss and overall health improvements. I take 2 pills along food as soon as I break my fast, in addition I take 2 more pills before my last meal of another supplement. So far this has helped a lot. The first two days was a challenge, I had nausea, headaches and I was exhausted. Starting Wednesday I felt great and started working out, since then, I am unstoppable. Definitely just having the pill without making the additional changes wouldn't make a huge difference, but it definitely has helped.

Wow, this really works. I have my blood sugar in 200 and it went down to 119. This really really work. I recommend it to anybody. They have the high blood sugar. I ordered it yesterday and I took one today and it works.
