This stuff is wonderful it takes care of the problem as I am an older adult I do order this children's Benadryl during my sinus problems throughout the year

Highly Effective Medicine for Allergy Relief
Hard to believe that Children's Benadryl is just as, if not more, effective than Adult medicine. I take 1 or 2 TBSP before bed, and it lasts through the morning until I'm ready for bed again. No sneezing or itching! And the icing on the cake? It knocks me out, and I get a good night of rest. The taste is not bad (I prefer bubble gum or cherry) -- I'm sure kids love it. But as an adult, I love it too!
