Awesome huge slow cooker. I use it weekly. I bought the same model in 2018, and it finally stopped working. I think the cord got bent around too much.

I am going to start this review with 5 stars (really 4 1/2). I received the slow cooker on time as expected and the black ceramic handle already had a defect on the handle. It appears worn or just wasnt made correctly. THIS should probably be my sign that I may have more issues to come. Im marking this 30 days from the day i received it. I plan to cook it in and see what happens between the reviews of boiling and burning on LOW. Ain't nobody got time for that! I do like the timing/countdown feature and seeing how much time is left to cook. Its not really any heavier than my previous Crockpot slow cooker. It isnt any wider so it fits where I had it. It just a tad taller and deeper rather than going more wide. I dont mind that it auto switches to Warm when done. I've seen other reviews making comments about how its not programmable to start when you want it to but my Crockpot slow cooker didnt have this feature so im ok with that. The metal sides are SUPER fricken HOT so everyone in the house should be warned about it!! I will update my review as I see fit with its use. I've just put water in it to try to burn off the "burning" smell it has. Like burning plastic or something. Hopefully it goes away.- Kelli K.

It came without 3 if the rubber feet. So there is one that i cant get off and its very wobbly.

Awesome, cooks perfect

I haven't had any luck with this unit. I've had it for a cpl months and have used it now twice and it gets crazy hot on low it's a large unit and I have lots in it but its boiling after 1 hour. Not simmering, which should happen after about 6 hours or so on low, but I mean boiling. I just requested some help from the parent company, and am waiting now to hear back. Just after sending the request, one of the feet broke off the bottom leaving it with 3 and now wobbles. I literally had to empty this thing out in to a 5 year old smaller slow cooker just so I didn't waste whats in it. I'll update when I hear back from manufacturer, but as of right now, look somewhere else. Update: I reached out to the company for some assistance but never even heard back. I tried one more time, but on their site they tell you it's gonna take over a week to get a reply. I guess sometimes they don't even bother. Extremely disappointed and would absolutely tell you look elsewhere if you want a unit that works and customer service is nonexistent.
