Good quality pegs
The unfinished wooden pegs had very consistent dimensions, and all fit snugly into a 1/2 inch hole bored with a precision bit. The wood was smooth with no tool marks. Excellent product for my purpose.

Really Nice Quality!
Very smooth high quality pegs! Package contained 20 pegs, not 25 as others have said. It is hard to believe these are made in USA at this price point, but that's the claim. I measured the diameter of the round tapered tenon and it went from about .485 to .515 at the base, which made for a very snug fit in the 1/2 inch hole in pine made using the recommended 1/2 inch Freud Forstner bit.

Well-Crafted Wooden Pegs; Well-Sanded
I have seen this style of peg installed in historic Shaker communities. The design has quality; the workmanship has quality; the sanded finish has reasonable quality for the intended function. I picked this item for an 'out of the box' use: as toggle pegs for lashings in woodcraft applications.

Seem Well Made, Nice Smooth Finish.
Various shop projects, one use was to make handles for a handful of small files. I added a ferrule made from a 3/8" copper slip coupling and glued it on with JB Weld. I was hoping not to have to glue them on but the tenon on the end, at least on the couple that I tried was a little tapered, from an easy initial fit to where I had to tap the ferrule on as it was seating on the shoulder.

Takes it up a peg
Yeas, deserves a bad pun warning. These are really decent quality pegs and turn into some very good places to hang a great variety of things, just add a board to them and go.

It's just the size, shape & quality I wanted. I wish I didn't need to buy so many, but the price was good.

Nice Pegs
These pegs have a nice grain and are smooth with little or no sanding required. All of the tenons measured 1/2 inch =/- 1/32.

These are nicely turned and have a good finish as advertised. If you wish to make a shaker peg rail these are definitely what you want.
