I use it to haul groceries home and it works great! Only thing I wish about it is that it could be less bulky for storage, but it did fold back down close to the size it came folded as. Was easy to put in and take out. Seems built well and spacious. I only used it once so far I hope to use it more in the future.

This hitch rack is very nice and sturdy, love the convenience of being able to remove it so easily. I had a couple missing clips as the box was a little damaged but that's to be expected on such a big heavy package and even tho the box was a little beat up the rack had no damage on it anywhere. I reached out to customer support and they responded almost immediately and shipped me the missing clips.Quality: 5 out of 5 (It's exactly as I'd hoped)Shipping: 4 out of 5 (Arrived very quickly, unharmed and it's a big heavy package altho a couple clips had escaped)Customer service: 6 out of 5 (They had the kind of customer service most companies can't even dream of)Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend and buy from them again.

The product itself is great. I can’t wait to use it more.But there were no instructions.There was an attempt. But a big fail.The box included a paper with a QR code to scan for installation instructions. It no longer works. No easy to find instructions on website. Website itself is bad.But I found a YouTube video you can keep pausing to get the info you need. This will not be doable for some people. But product seems sturdy and will change my life as a DJ.

Seems sturdy, although reflectors came cracked in the box. Nice that it comes with the anti-rattle hitch bracket. We’ll see how long it holds up. Definitely happy with purchase so far.

When this thing arrived, I was taken aback by the weight of it. Immediately, I began a search for just a standard and simple hitch mounted rack. The more I looked and thought, the more appealing the wheels became. That is why it was purchased to begin with. So, I put it together and used it for a trip from Florida to North Carolina. It worked perfectly. It was stable and quiet the whole trip. It never showed any sign of strain.Very happy to have kept it.

I purchased this for my Jeep patriot as I tend to have to move a lot of things (tire rims for instance) that I do not want in my car (or won't fit). This cart is perfect for these situations, it's light enough not to wreck my suspension and solidly built enough that I am not worried about it falling apart the next pothole I go over. Many of the other reviews have mentioned that the cart arrived full of powder, mine arrived full of steel shot (I think it comes from the manufacturing process).There is only 3 things I don't care for with the cart:First, the cart has no included method to prevent theft, nothing stops anybody from simply undoing the clevis safety pin and walking away with your cart. (I plan to overcome this by replacing the clevis pins with locking ones)Second, the triangular foot prevents folding the sides completely flat (I removed the foot which solved this)Third, the cart doesn’t have any way to keep the sides folded flat.

That way my readers know that I have tested each product and I'm not just excited about getting a new product in the mail.I paid full price for this item and it was not offered to me "free" from Amazon Vine.I am extremely disappointed with the MaxxHaul 50243 Foldable Hitch N Roll Cargo Carrier Cart. Right out of the box, the carrier had several major defects that made it unsafe and unusable. Parts of the bottom grate were bent inward, compromising the structure and making it difficult to load securely. Even worse, the gate was assembled incorrectly at the factory and positioned above the guides, leaving it bent and unstable. The nuts are overcoated, so I can’t even fix this (without tools I don’t have.)The biggest issue, however, is with the part that connects to the hitch. It requires assembly upside down, which is alarming and unsafe. I can't trust this product to hold cargo securely on the road.When I contacted the manufacturer, they took a week to respond, only to tell me I could disassemble the cart and fix the issues myself (even after acknowledging that it was a defect from the factory). They did offer me $50 off if I wanted to order a new cart--no thank you, one nightmare is enough. For a product that's supposed to work right out of the box, this is completely unacceptable.I've had this item for 3 months and the defects have rendered it useless. Because it was not assembled correctly at the factory, it remains bent and this has only gotten worse over time. Also, the bolts get loose every time it is used and I have to use a bike wrench to tighten every bolt before and after use. I would not feel right using this on the road and I only use it in the yard. It would be a nightmare if it failed while on the road.I expected better and can't recommend this product.Hope you found this review helpful!
