Affordable, Easy to use, and works great.
I'm pretty happy with the two I ordered. They seem fairly well made, and works great. Came with the correct battery clips to use them on either the older Xbox controllers and the new models. I however, dislike the charging display. A blinking green light instead of an alternate color would have been better in my opinion. The lights are bright, and can be distracting as they blink while charging if they face you. Those issues I have are objective and a personal opinion. The included battery packs though a great size (2,200 mAh), They don't look like an enclosed package. Looks like a few cells glued together and wrapped up. There isn't anything wrong with that, it just looks like a more cheaply made product. But they so far have been fantastic and no problems. Just cosmetically, they don't look quality. Not a big deal nor is it a factor towards how they work and once installed you'll never really see them again. For normal Xbox controllers, there is ample room to place two on the charging station with no interference or one blocking the other. And I like both controllers face the same way, and upright. Very easy to place one down on the station and take off. There are no charging bricks with the station, which is a good thing in my opinion and bad. The good is, my past charging stations did have one but was permanently attached to the cord and took up a lot of space on my power strip. So not having a large brick is handy for you to plug this into anything you want via USB-A. Charging speeds seem normal, nothing really to comment about there. But again I would have liked to have two solid color led's. A solid green for charged as it is now, and a solid red or orange while changing. It would have been much less distracting, and more informative. When you see green, flashing or solid your mind will often think it's "good". So in closing, I bought one of these, tested it for a couple weeks and liked it. Ordered a second and it's been little over a month now and been very pleased. There are many options for these type of charging stations, most are pretty bad. But I can highly recommend these for their affordable price and quality for what you pay for. I'm sure they will last many years for me.

Perfect!
This is the 3rd time I have purchased this item. It works great, doesn't wear out and is easy to dock the controller. I bought the first one a couple years ago and it is still working perfectly. The batteries stay charged for hours. We have had zero issues with the batteries or charging station!

Super charge
It works great only bad part is you have to find a usb plug or it won't power. The batteries last along time and controllers of both Xbox x and 360 work.

Absolutely worth it for the price and long term savings
Bing, Bang, Boom! I finally made the leap and purchased a conversion kit for my Xbox One S systems controllers after slamming through about three 20 packs of AA batteries. And as we know those aren't cheap, costing around ~$36 for 60 batteries. However, now with the Fosmon rechargeable kit, I'm able to save my money for more important things.... like tank tops with cats on them, rollerblades, and jean jackets - all of which I wear while playing Xbox. But on a more serious note - I "like" this product. Haven't quite found the strength to say I love you, but give it time. Although it does have its cons of which I'll get to in a second, let me talk about the positives. The top strength I found in this product was the honesty of the description. Yes, it DOES take quite some time to recharge (2 hours), however it also DOES last about 24-28 hours of game time. This is relatively the same amount I was getting from any AA battery I used. Another positive of this product is the charging dock that behaves just like a top quality power tool rechargeable station. It blinks while charging, and once fully charged it stays a solid color (green in this case). The last positive about this product is that the dock does indeed lower its power output once it senses a battery is fully charged. This was testing with my multi meter so I could make sure I wouldn't burn out the batteries if I left it on overnight. The voltage output decreases significantly to atone for full power of the charged battery(ies). Now the cons - The first problem (not so much a "problem" than an "inconvenience") is hooking up the rechargeable battery pack into my Xbox One S controller. It's very finicky of how it accepts the battery into the slot and you almost feel as if you are going to snap off the tiny little plastic tabs that go from the battery into the controller slots. And to be honest, my review might change based on this considering every time I do introduce the rechargeable battery into the controller I feel as if any second the plastic tabs will snap (or it does not go in correctly because I am too scared to push with much force). They make it look INCREDIBLY easy in the video - which believe me, it is not when first starting out. I'm getting more and more used to it, but at first you'll most likely be scared like me and shyly press the battery into the controller for fear of snapping it. And then you'll realize the battery is incorrectly placed and won't charge or work. And then you'll rinse and repeat until you either want to pull your hair out or it finally snaps into place. The last gripe I have about the product is the AWFUL charging cord they include with it. I mean seriously? They couldn't have included a cord that was longer than crayon? If you're like me and actually want to be able to be able to dock the station more than 2-3 feet away, you'll most likely be using your phone's charger (if it's compatible) or another charging cord you've purchased. And as a side note - aesthetically speaking, it is quite ugly and doesn't even seem to fit into the Xbox One S's base white controllers. You have a giant black rechargeable battery sticking slightly out of the back of your controller, and the worst part? It literally actually hangs out of your controller a little bit. But, hey - it's still better than spending $12-14 every couple month's on a pack of AA batteries. Too bad they didn't make them in white either. It's beautiful on the inside I guess.

STOP SPENDING MONEY ON AA BATTERIES!!
My two sons play a fair amount of Xbox, and up until acquiring this, we were running through batteries pretty often. I’ve had a similar one before but the batteries wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. The base was also finicky and would get pretty warm. So far I’ve had none of those problems with this unit!! I’ve only had this for a short time (will try to update in future) but it appears to be a quality product. The fit and finish on the battery replacement pack is great, no wobbling or poor connections. The controllers sit well in the base, and the charging indication lights work as advertised. They’ve already held up to a few drops on hardwood floors from ~2 feet. Battery life is awesome (I expect it to slowly diminish with time) and it took me probably five minutes to setup. The batteries came charged which is a plus as well!! With the price of AA batteries and how quickly we were going through them, I think this will pay for itself in due time. Excellent price and product! Would definitely recommend to others!

Cheap, but works like a champ
I’ve always been a bit skeptical of using third party Xbox accessories for controllers and the like, but I decided to give this a try. It’s working well and as intended, and I like the fact that it doesn’t require you to “lock” the controller in; just place it in the rack and the contact points automatically line up. It’s also a flat-lying rack, so if you place it in front of your TV, it shouldn’t get in the way of the view. The battery packs are also decent, seem to hold a decent charge (played about 4-5 hours the other day and only lost about half charge). You can tell the unit is made out of cheaply manufactured plastic, but for the price point, I wouldn’t split hairs about it. The cord that comes with it is also a bit short, just barely manages to suffice for where I wanted to put it, but it’s a standard USB phone charger cord, so it wouldn’t be difficult to find a longer one at a low price. It’s cheap and gets the job done, and that’s not a bad thing. If you’re looking for a third party solution to charging your controller and don’t want to shell out too much, this a great deal. As I have only bought this, I don’t know how long the battery packs will actually last and whether or not any other complications will come up. Will update if needed. 7/4/2019 Edit: It’s just 6 days shy of a full year since I purchased this, and I can honestly say this is one of the best game accessory purchases I’ve ever made. The charger still works like a beauty and the battery packs still last me around 8 hours every time I play. The contact points on both the inside and outside of the packs have gotten dirty over time, but that’s normal for these kinds of things and very easy to clean. I’m honestly surprised at how well it’s held up over the past year, especially considering how roughly I toss the controller onto the charger most of the time. It’s already outlasted one controller and at this point it’ll most likely outlast my other one as well. Such a great product. Holy cow.

A+ charging dock!
Decided to go with this dock after seeing it on the top 3 best charging docks for 2019 & 2020 on many different reviews and ratings. It’s amazingly affordable too. Right out the box, it comes with 2 battery packs (yes sir, away with constantly changing and buying AA Batteries from now on), a charging wire, and the dock. Kinda was on-guard that they didn’t provide a charging block but you’ll know why in a bit. Comes with instructions that are easy to read and it’s not a whole bible to read. Just a few simple pamphlets and that’s it. The battery pack I will say is a bit tough to “click” on to the controller, which I like because I know it fits securely and won’t fall out. You have to give it a little bit of force to click it onto the back of the controller, pushing it from the edges. I read a review that said the pack didn’t fit, well it does you just gotta push it kinda hard so it can really click trust me. One thing I noticed is that when on the controller, sitting the controller on the charging dock it doesn’t click on there. It kinda just sits on there, which I didn’t mind at all because you can just lift the controller up off the dock with amazing ease. No click was good in my opinion because there’s no wear n year to the controller or the dock. So keep in mind if you bump it to tilt it, the controller will fall over or slide off even. But I liked the ease of just being able to slide it on, and off kinda like a wireless charger for your phone. The green light lights up on the dock when it’s set on the dock and is charging. So back to the charging wire, the instruction booklet just says to plug in the charging wire straight to the USB port on the Xbox console, which was convenient, and that’s why they didn’t provide a charging block. For me it’s whatever, plugging it to the console or using a charging block I have laying around to plug it somewhere else in my room makes no difference so I didn’t make that an issue. Other then that, simple, easy to use, save money on AA Batteries and get yourself this Fosmin Charging Dock which is rated one of the best at the moment, nice add-in to your gaming for the price. PS: I have the regular Xbox One X controller by the way, idk how it’ll work on the Elite Controllers since they have the triggers on the back or any other Xbox controller that’s shaped differently.

Very good charging system!
I used to use a very simple third party charging/docking system for my 2 Xbox controllers which worked ok but the battery life was limited to maybe 2 hours or so. I bought this due to it claiming to have exceptional battery life up to several hours which was what I preferred to have. I've had it for about a month now and I am very pleased with its performance! For example, I've been playing Xbox today for about 5 hours straight and have yet needed to change the battery pack out! Granted, the battery pack is likely getting pretty low at this point but that's impressive compared to what I had been dealing with. Recharging of a drained battery pack takes less than 2 hours so there's no need to worry that you'll be without a fresh battery pack by the time your other one dies (as long as that battery pack was charged that is). My one and only complaint is this. There are 2 rather large green lights at the head of the docking station that indicate the charge status, one light for each docked controller. If you are charging one or both of your battery packs, one or both of the lights will flash pretty brightly that can be pretty annoying/distracting. The light(s) will go solid green as each of them become fully charged however, and that's fine of course. I wish they would've simply made it so that they would show a solid red light while it/they were charging instead of those bright flashing green lights. Again, my only complaint. I would highly recommend this product!
