Inexpensive but effective
Bought this because I was told not to carry a carbon frame from the top tube, as our old rack does, but needed to be able to handle a fatbike. It went together super easy, it collapses, it tilts, bike sits rock solid in it, and it was inexpensive. I did have to swap out one bolt that was too short, but I had a spare in my shop that fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend this rack and would absolutely buy another if the need arose.

Pretty good for a cheap rack!
This is not a heavy duty rack but for a couple of road bikes or lighter weight mountain bikes and infrequent use it's just fine. Assembly was fairly easy and all the parts fit well. I had to bend the retaining hooks at the top a bit to get everything to line up correctly and a few of the clamps don't quite clamp down all the way. Only other concern is that the 2" adapter is plastic and allowed quite a bit of slop. I had a good aluminum one and with that and a few shims it's rock solid!

It cost me $35 !!!
I don’t know how. This vevor rack is amazing!! I put two bikes on and I could hardly tell it was on my suv. I had to remind myself to be mindful of the bikes on back.Note:You may need additions items for your setup. It depends on how the rear of your vehicle is setup. For example: I could not fold the rack into the upright position or it would hit my car. (Even on the longer pin. I bought a sleeve adapter at harbor freight another foot. More than I needed but worked out great! You might need to work to make it exact but it’s worth it.

Very impressive customer service!
(If my opinion of this product changes I will revise my review.) I haven't actually used the bike rack yet, but I was so impressed by the customer service that I feel compelled to leave a review. One of the components had a manufacturing defect that prevented me from completing assembly. I sent an email to customer service and they responded within 24 hours, and then sent me an email every few days, updating me on the status! The next thing I knew a box from China arrived with a replacement part. Wow.Caveat: I enjoyed the assembly process, but was grateful to have a toolkit with a crescent wrench and ratchet; they were very helpful in tightening the bolts.

Don't waste your time.
The captured nut was welded incorrectly in the portion that attaches to the vehicle and it broke during the first use. I provided detailed pictures and videos to vevor support which finally resulted in them sending me another bar after several weeks that inserts into the vehicle, the replacement can't be used at all because the welded captive nut is so crooked I have to use the original broken one that wobbles all over. Product and support are beyond terrible.

Holds my bike securely
To be honest,I didn't expect much from a rack this cheap. I considered it a temporary solution. But now that I've used it a few times, I'm really impressed. More expensive racks might have nicer features, but this one does the job very well while leaving money in my wallet. I do suggest buying a locking pin to attach it to the receiver though.

Instructions are horrible
This took me a little over 4 hours to put together. The parts are not labeled at all. All you have is a table of the parts & the drawings of these parts are so bad. I gave up & had my brother try it - he came to the same conclusion of #$%!!! - the instructions were labeled wrong with the wrong parts. Finally just started over & was one washer short but I had one. The tire holders - don't put on until everything else is together. No idea why they have you screw them on in the beginning. Makes everything to hard to assemble as they are in the way of turning it in any way to help get it together. It seems to be sturdy enough - I have only went on 2 very short drives with the bike on it.

broke on the first time
The hitch seemed sturdy and well put together but that's not the case. Our last hitch would sway and the mount that goes under did help with it. We took bikes camping and as we were loading up to go home we noticed the tension bolt was crooked. It turns out the "nut" it threads into was loose and just spins. This caused the bikes to sag and sway like crazy. In hind sight, it's probably why it was priced half off. I was able to use a ratchet strap to get us home.I also put the bikes as close as possible to my car and when we got home they all had slid forward. Thank goodness we were 40 mins from home and I never went over 60 mph. I'll probably just toss it, as I'm worried the bikes will slide off on the freeway.

Good light duty rack
This is a good rack for light bikes. I have a mountain bike and just traveled 700km with it on this rack. It rocked back and forth quite a bit but held up. I’ve used it with 2 adult mountain bikes.

Will not fit 24" bikes
A 24" bike does not fit on this rack, and the straps are actually really difficult to use. I thought for the price that I could make it work, but was wrong. The warning labels in the pictures are a clear indication of the assembly instructions as well.

Assemblage impossible

Merci, cdlt.Notice inutile car en anglais.
