How often should this be applied ?

I applied the product to my goggles each time I used them, 3 times a week, but then I suppose it depends how often and for how long you use your goggles.

how do you use this i dont have the bottle to see what the instructions are is this ok for swimming

A bespoke product for swimming goggles, just spray it on, I have not had any problems with it.

Is it alcohol based? And how is the quantity? Thanks from a steamed-up swimmer who needs more vision.

I go swimming couple of times a week & it has lasted me about 6 months!

It is a small aerosol spray. You spray direct onto goggle lenses. You do not need to wipe lens after spraying and can use goggles straight away.
