- As per the pictures we have a decorative PIR Coach type lantern already fitted that would barely flicker if an elephant was to knock on the door at night so we needed a better solution to lighting the front door.- After reading many reviews on differing products we picked this set up based on the fact the lights are battery operated, i didnt want to wire in anything, they are compact, weatherproof and the reviews are very good.- The lights come in a nicely compact cardboard box, batteries arent included which is noted on the listing page so we already purchased some, assembly is very easy, simply twist off the back half segment, unclip the battery holder, insert batteries then clip back on and re screw the removed half.- The pack comes with rawlplugs and screws for fitting if you are going to be securing into brick/masonry/plaster etc, for the one i have fitted in the pictures this went into a wooden vestibule frame so i just screwed directly into that.- The light unit pops out of the bracket with ease so you can fit the bracket then place the light back in once the bracket is secured in place. There is an adjustable nut screw that you simply tighten up once you have the light in the position you prefer.- The infrared range covers our path and a little beyond but not so far as to be set off by cars passing several metres away. This is largely because we have positioned the light downwards facing, we didnt want the light coming on every ten minutes due to passing vehicles on the road below. We havent had extremely windy weather so i cannot say that it is not super sensitive to the elements as yet but i believe the positioning should help.- Compared to the coach light it really is like night and day, the path is clearly and brightly lit which has been great for both entering/leaving the house in the dark as well as helping to determine who may be at the door.- This has been fitted for a week so i cannot comment on battery life and will need to update once they need changing, as the light is not going on and off all night i am hopeful that this wont be for many months yet.Overall i dont have anything negative to say about this little powerhouse security light, the fixings are solid, the build of the unit is nice and robust, the sensor doesnt seem to be oversensitive, most importantly the lumen is extremely bright and the compact size of the unit means it sits very unobtrusively in our vestibule.Excellent value, great home security product, Five Stars.

Recently bought a terraced house with terrible wiring so a professionally installed lighting system would have more than likely opened a can of electric worms!So I needed a quick and cheap electrician free solution to light up our extremely dark entryway and back door/ yard.These are so much better than I expected, easy to put together and easy to put up where needed. I was so pleased when they came on for the first time! The higher they are, the larger the light pool. The light remains on whenever motion is detected and goes off shortly afterwards so as long as you are near, they are operational. The light is lovely and bright.Can’t comment on battery life or weatherproofness yet - one of them are placed in under a passageway so won’t be affected by weather.Genuine review.. if looking for a quick and cheap lighting solution instead of a costly installation, these are what you need.

Bought on lightning deals at half the normal price. One of the lights was defective and wouldn't switch off after activation. I returned the pack and reordered at the full price and Amazon discounted this to honour the lightning deal price. Both lights in the second pack work and are now in use in their intended locations. Only time will tell how well the batteries last and how the product lasts outdoors. They are both positioned in semi protected locations outside but will be exposed to the full cold of winter.

Thes lights more than exceeded my expectations. They are easy to install and work fantastically well in the dark. The motion detection is very sensitive which is exactly what I needed as I have a very dark path running along the side of my house where I keep my wheelie bins. I put one light at each end of the path and slightly angled them towards each other so that one activates the other as soon as the sensor is triggered. They’ve held up really well in the recent bad weather and we’re very easy to install. Highly recommended.

I had been a little hesitant, thinking these might not be bright enough but they certainly are. The sensor is good and this was really easy to fit. What's more, changing batteries is a doddle. Very happy with these. I can't really comment on the weatherproofing because it is under a porch canopy and quite protected from the elements. But that said, the design appears to provide a good seal, so I think it would be ok.

Positives: WHEN working (see later) they fulfill my intended application, which was to light a 10m length of black asphalt driveway (3m wide). This was achieved using 4 units, turning on in succession as the pedestrian makes their way down the drive.Ok: They don't give vast amounts of illumination. Based on my application, they are good for about 7m2 each. Hopefully this will equate with decent battery life.Negatives: You usually get what you pay for. The plastic mounting bracket is really very flimsy and spoils an otherwise quite decent design. However the real issue is quality control. I originally purchased 6 lights (3 packs of 2) but the last two delivered were both defective on arrival, continually re-triggering themselves and thus remaining on constantly (I tried swapping both mounting location and batteries with the working units, so eliminating that possibility - the lights were actually at fault). That's a 30% failure rate out of the factory gate which now makes me wonder what the longevity of the others will be. Enough of a concern to return the last package and scrap plans for deploying any more of these.Overall: Can't rate above three stars, as I'm no longer confident enough about the quality to risk any more, which is a shame as when they do work, they work well.

Worked perfectly. Wide range of pick-up by the motion sensor picked up guests as they approached a dark set of stairs outdoors. Stayed on long enough to clear area safely. Used these lights on an outside open porch with no sun to charge a solar type light. Seniors mostly visit so the large light pattern provides great visability. Only drawback will be battery life but not a deal breaker.

Modica spesa ottimo risultato....ampiamente testato sotto pioggia battente! Fanno molta luce e sono direzionabili con estrema facilità. Prodotto sopra le aspettative!

Pregunte a la comunidad y me dijeron que quedaba la luz permanente y se apagaba con la claridad.Solamente se enciende cuando hay movimientos.¿Alguien me podría decir que modelo está encendido permanente por la noche y se apaga por el día.?

Produits de qualités et très facile à installés. Peut être, prévoir de commander les piles en même temps !!! (cela se trouve dans le commerce , mais ce n'est pas,des tailles des plus courante) . Sinon RAS
