Okay, I read all the other reviews. I bought this one because it was the only twisting slide available anywhere near my price range. I expected problems.First one ordered never arrived, got diverted back for some unknown reason. Secord order came in four days. Arrived in one large box, well packed and well organized. When I say well organized, I mean well organized. Every piece of hardware separated and organized in bags by size (even separated by step with similar sized hardware). Extra hardware supplied and basic tools if you dont have any (strongly suggest you have your own, the tools are the only bad part here).Other reviews spoke of multiple people take multiple hours, holes not lining up, etc. I did this by myself in about an hour and a half. It becomes difficult to maneuver as it gets assembled but can be done with one person (mounting to the playset though needs another person). All the holes did line up. What I believe others problem was that these are flexible plastic pieces being put together, some flexing/moving is necessary. No new holes needed to be drilled. No issues with cramming bolts in. Everything went together as it should with minor finesse. The outer rings that clamp the pieces really add a level of strength to it as well.Lastly, people complained about strength/integrity. Well, this slide has been up for a couple weeks and my 200+lb self has been down this thing dozens of times with my son. No problems, no cracks, no damage. This thing is sturdy when together.Overall, this thing is great. I expected thre stars of quality and got the full five. I am not disappointed and highly suggest you ignore the nay sayers and buy one!

The slide did take some time to put together, however I would have thought it would be a better quality product. Several pieces have cracked and all the clamp rings have broken after just a few months of use. The company does offer to replace broken pieces, however they only cover shipping with the first warranty claim. I replaced several pieces which now, after a few months have broken again. The slide isn't cheap and there are obviously some quality issues. I would not recommend purchasing, unless you want to continue to replace parts every few months. The company stated they cannot offer any money back since we bought on Amazon.

Slide seems to be pretty sturdy, was fairly easy to put together, some of the holes didn't want to line up quite right but with a little finesse they went together nicely. Took me about 1.5-2hrs by myself following the instructions and wrestling it around by myself. All in all I recommend it, pretty easy to put together good instructions and good construction.

This is the absolute worst thing to put together! Most of the holes don’t line up you have to fight with it and have 2 people bending and pushing to get the bolts in. Might be a great slide if I get it together correctly! It has about 24steps and the steps have an A, B , C to them if that helps you understand the headache.

First off this slide was a pain to put together. There are lips at every join, nothing lined up perfectly. The rings that go on the outside once you put 2 sections together were a nightmare. They did not bend easily so you had to beat one section on with a mallet and have someone hold the previous ones so they didn’t pop off. Then the screws wouldn’t go in straight. None of the screws wanted start, pre threading them helped, but not always. The ends were not even close so we had to squeeze the ring together with pliers to get the last screw in. Putting the bracing piece on the bottom under the slide wasn’t easy either. There’s not much room to get tools in once it’s all put together. We were outside today when I noticed that it was broken where the bottom 2 sections come together. My son is 7 and weighs 45 pounds, I could only image how bad it would’ve been if he weighed more. Not worth what we paid for it. Does he have fun, yes, but it’s obviously not going to last very long.

Kids love it and it is holding up well. The base setting is kind of a pain and it's not super supported in the base. Ours was missing the piece needed to connect the slide to the wooden holder. I was able to find an adequate replacement at home depot. Overall good construction, seems solid.

The plastic is super brittle and slide is cracking in multiple places after a couple of months. As a mechanical engineer, I am thinking they are selling defective parts for cheap that they know are not within spec.
