I have many gadgets and tools for muscle recovery. I’m most impressed with this machine out of all of them and makes me excited on what’s to come in the future.The contrast therapy to me is just incredible. It gets very cold and hot but tolerable at both temperatures. I’ve only used a few times so far but I really think this is the most effective machine I’ve tried. I recently sprained my ankle and using the contrast therapy it noticeably feels better right after use. I also have a bit of arthritis in my shoulder and this can target and help ease the pain/soreness associated with that.Very easy to use and a bit pricey but I think it’s worth it so far. Hopefully I can count on this lasting years.

This device is easy to use. Provides pain relief. It’s a great value for your money. It is not heavy and is great quality. I was a little hesitant on buying it because the part that touches your skin is blue. The acceleration of the temperature changes (hot/cold) is quick enabling you to easily switch between hot and cold and get instant changes in temperature makes this a must have in your home.

Bought as a gift for a new marathon runner and she loves it. Multiple settings and ease of use make it functional. It fits well with the strap and provides relief where needed.

I received this literally an hour ago and am already compelled to tell people about it. Its fantastic. While the surface area may be smaller than some other options, it does work quite well. Best part being the contrast mode of alternating heat and cold. This is a fantastic feature and is already helping with my aches and pains. It also makes it convenient to not have to switch anything out and let the heat / cold alternate.The one downside. The fan is loud af. It's like having a 120mm computer case fan strapped to your shoulder so you'll need some noise canceling something if you want to be able to focus with this thing in operation. I think the fans are required because they've used a Peltier TEG (thermoelectric generator) to be able to produce both heat and cold. They need the fan to maintain the heat differential from each side of the plate.

It really works. i was a little bit skeptical but reviews were really good so I risked it and both it as a present. Of course you can hear a fan a little bit but sometimes it's difficult to get ice and this can be charged and take anywhere.

I was a tad skeptical that this would actual do the trick. I am about to have, yet another surgery, so I thought why not. I kind of suck at keeping ice on my areas because they don’t last long. As soon as I took it out of the box and turned the cold on, it was wonderful; just right. In a matter of seconds it will heat it up too. Call me completely impressed! Saves me pain on getting up and down. The fan is very quiet. The only downside I see so far, is the straps if you are a bigger person. I have not yet seen how long it lasts. Either way it is a major improvement from heating pads and ice packets.

Works great for heat and or cooling

It works as advertised, offers hot and cold therapy with quiet fan noise but it’s so small that it can’t be used on your entirelower back and it can’t wrap around your ankle or knee even with the included strap.
