The item arrived with broker knobs and clearly used. Very disappointing service. Never will buy again!

Product worked but it was clearly used. One of the adaptors was snapped off in the placeholder and had to be removed.Paying new prices for partially broken used items ain’t chill. Recommend buying all BMW accessories directly from the dealer.
