Works great, perfect yogurt Everytime!
Worked great for me and just yesterday, I used a small amt of the yogurt from the first batch for a starter for the next batch. I read on their website that this starter can’t be used for the cold start method using ultra pasteurized milk in an instant pot but has to use the boil method. For the reviewers who these cultures didn’t work, I wonder if they were trying the cold start method. I use skim milk and strain the yogurt for a Greek yogurt. Sometimes I add some monk fruit sweetner & vanilla at the beginning of the process. This is my 2nd time buying this product and I’ve never had a batch fail.

DOESNT WORK, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!
Do not waste your money!!!Do not buy it, doesn’t work.! I followed all instructions and next day milk consistency was the same, it is a waste of money because you can’t return the product, I just use one pocket and got stock with rest of the product.

Yogurt maker
It works great it's fast and easy and simple to use. It saves a lot of money making your own and they included several recipes.I like the one that uses 52 grams of raw suger in 1 liter of milk it tastes so much better than store bought yogurt. And you can add fresh fruit to it then you know that everything in it is top quality. I just start a batch at night and it's ready to put in the fridge in the morning. So much better getting your probotics in something you make yourself.

It works just great
Although in principle sufficient to create one quart of yogurt, I use it to create 6 cups, which requires about 12 hours of incubation. I use 3 packets of powdered milk, where each packet is typically used to reconstitute 1 quart of milk. The resulting yogurt is thick and creamy.
