I bought this set for my indoor trainer. At this point they are doing what they are supposed to do, keep feet on pedals. This is economical over shoes and clips. The strap adjustment is snug and the pedal cleat help keep the shoe from sliding anywhere. No problem for size either. They fit my 13".

Frustrated with these until I made a slight modification
I have been using toe clips for years. Last year I switched to a flat peddle because of an achilles tendon problem. This year I switched back. These toe clips were fine except for one frustrating problem. When I was starting from zero mph, I had a problem sliding my soles back on the spikes on the pedal to flip the toe cage over to insert my foot. It turns out the reflectors were blocking the spikes. Since I don't ride at night and have plenty of flashing warning lights on my bike, I pried the reflectors off and all is fine now.

Get adaptive aid pedal for drop foot issues
My adult trike was a challenge for me to use , as I have drop foot this is a great pedal for your bike. If you need extra assistance like I did it’s adjustable for your foot. It is not slippery. Very easy to install with one tool and it provides great foot support - get this pedal set

Okay for price. Not for long term durability
Lasted for less than 4 months on my stationary bicycle. I ride about 45 minutes about 5 days a week, and I’m 175 lbs. Giving this 3 stars still, because for the price, and time, all things considered it’s okay. I do wish there was at least a 90 day or 1 year warranty.
