Leg Split Machine

I absolutely love my Yes4All Leg Stretcher Split Machine! This thing has seriously helped with my flexibility more than anything else I’ve tried — I can already feel and see the difference in how far I can stretch. It’s easy to adjust and feels sturdy while I use it, whether I’m warming up or working toward full splits. If you’re trying to improve flexibility or just want to feel looser and stronger, this stretcher is totally worth it. 🙌🧘‍♀️✨

Looks just like the picture . It took less then 3 minutes to set up. It’s pretty sturdy I sat on it and it don’t cheap. Easy to adjust just press the little buttons I got a decent stretch with the little space I had can’t wait to pull it out in the living room and give it a go . And did I mention size .. this thing is going right up under my bed when not in use .

I have a condition that has stiffen my hips. I'm using this product to help me stretch my legs in split formation. I'm 175+ pounds and I seat very comfortable on this product. Some reviewers said the ankle holder was too small, I think that would be based on each person ankle size. I consider my ankles medium size and they fit just fine. I think this product is worth the cost for the quality. Also ive recommended it to my physical therapist for her other patients.

Been stretching for a couple years. Eyeballing this to improve my flexibility seeing as my background was moreso music than fitness. I've been interested in achieving the splits. Saw a review that the gears slip. And.. Oh yea they definitely do. That's what I was hoping wouldn't happen. It feels sturdy. But, this thing isn't it. The gears slip and you can't get the stretch. You get what you pay for I guess. The slightest bit of pressure on this stretch wise, and it'll die and the whole thing gives up the ghost. It is 100% useless. Don't know what I expected. But figured I'd pull the trigger cuz.. Come on! Someone obviously didn't use it correctly. Or maybe they put it together wrong.. Plus there were other 5 star reviews. So maybe it was a fluke/faulty one time thing. Nope. It's not a good product. If you can't get to a good stretch, this thing shouldn't be sold at all. What a rip off. Look elsewhere.

it is good for my legs

I have been using it to stretch daily for about a week or so, I primarily brought it to help open up my hips so I can get into a deeper squat. I can already see some improvement. It was also easy to assemble, and they give you the tools necessary to do so.

Omg omg idk but if you’re a stiff bad back girl like me this is sooooo perfect I’m a trans and girls if you want your hips and curves to hip and curve GET ITTT

Got this for my grand daughter for Christmas. Will also be using it for her cheer team too
