Finally, a durable phone that works. I have dropped this phone twice at work with no visible damage. Once 20 feet onto concrete. Second time off a second story Walkway into 18 inches of water. Was in the water for nearly 15 minutes before I could get to it. Dried it off with a paper towel and it worked perfectly. The finger print reader is very sensitive. Often working when I pick up the phone if I grab it with one of the set fingers. Battery life is very good. About three days without a charge with normal use. The only cons to this phone is the weight, (it is heavy compared to similar phones but not terrible). And the fact that it is difficult to find cases that fit it. Great phone.

tl;Dr: great phone for the price, not rugged, extremely bass-y over BluetoothI upgraded to this phone from the wp5 of the same product line (still working great, just slow). At first it seemed better in every way but with use I found 2 major issues. The first one is that the Bluetooth turns the bass well past 11 which means I still carried the wp5 around if I wanted music, podcasts or whatever. The second(and deal breaker for me) is that the durability has significantly dropped off since the wp5. Keeping this in my back pocket just like I still do with the wp5 caused the corner of the screen to pop out of the frame. To be fair it still works and I can probably disassemble it and get it popped back in to place, but any faith I had in this phone reliably surving my work environment is completely gone and I've already gone back to using the wp5 at work until I find a different replacement. If you are fine with slow I'd still recommend the wp5 but for someone like me who looks for durability first the wp16 is no good.

Great cell phone, it is very resistant, the battery also lasts a long time, all its functions work excellently

It works decent, but I didn't realize at the time of purchase that it's a freaking POUND! A whole freaking pound! That's so heavy for a phone!It's huge and bulky because of the battery they put in it, which is ok but I did notice it starting to loose its charge already and I have only had this phone for a few months at this point.Also the camera is shit with this phone, which I didn't realize either when buying. I know that's not a deal breaker for everyone, but it is important to me.Still currently using it, but I'll probably be switching to something better (and most likely more mainstream) sooner rather than later.

I've only been using this phone for a few days, but so far, it's definitely a great phone. It's fast, reliable, and with the 256gb memory card, it's pretty much a flagship quality phone. I usually buy whatever is the newest, most feature packed phone that's currently out, and I've owned more than 1 flagship model. I've got to say that this phone will keep up with any of them, and it has night vision too! I'll update as time passes, but so far, as long as you don't mind carrying a big, heavy phone, then this could be the phone you're looking for. Can't fault the size or weight because of the crazy big battery, so for now I have nothing negative to say about it.

I liked all the features it had and the long battery life. However it didn't work with Comcast my phone carrier.

Be sure to look at the photos of the download speeds, super heavy so just dropping from 3 feet will break it, trying to play Diablo it constantly drops from network every couple minutes, terrible calculator browser email and calendar, but the way it just keeps disconnecting every couple minutes makes me want to smash it with a hammer, I HATE this damn phone!Oh almost forgot about playing music, it can't even get through a song without skipping or cutting out. This phone is a piece of garbage it just died and won't turn on anymore.
