FATORRI Small Bookcase, Wood and Metal Low Short Bookshelf, Industrial Book Case and Rustic Book Shelf for Small Space (Rustic Oak)

This sturdy bookshelf unit is attractive and exactly as described. It was priced about 50% above average for other small 3 shelf units, but got above average reviews and I concur. All of the (dark walnut version) pieces were finished well and feel sturdy, and the fit was perfect at every connection point. Importantly, the back is nicely finished and sturdy. It is not a piece of thin veneered cardboard. The sturdy back provides side to side stability. The unit has attractive metal preassembled side panels with diagonal braces, making for excellent front to back stability. The instructions were very clear, and includes numerous warnings to read them BEFORE assembling the bookshelf, as well as warnings to NOT tighten fasteners until the unit is complete. This is good advice. The kit took me a little longer than expected (1.5 hours) to assemble, but this included time to find exactly the right tool to make the job much easier. The kit includes necessary tools, but I recommend using a ratcheting screwdriver with an appropriate Allen head bit, rather than the Allen head keys provided. There are numerous Allen head fasteners, including 8 long screws that hold the shelves and after inserting one screw, I knew that the included Allen key was not going to do. The kit contained one or two EXTRA screws of every type, which is a really nice touch. I have purchased other kits in the past that were missing one odd screw, requiring a lot of unnecessary effort to replace and delaying completion of those projects. The packaging and labeling were as good as it gets. In my experience, shipping companies are getting worse, so packaging matters more than ever. I purchased two garage cabinet kits last year, and both of them had damaged components, fortunately in hidden components. I was worried when I looked at the dented and gouged box that I was going to have problem with this kit, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it. Everything inside was perfect. If I were looking for another furniture kit, I would definitely look for another by this manufacturer.

This is is a very nice looking, sturdy, and good quality shelf unit with a nicely functional drawer. Putting it together was reasonably easy, standard level of difficulty for this type of furniture. The side supports are steel, so that makes the unit super sturdy. There is also a steel support bar that goes under the front of each shelf which will extend the life and usability of this book shelf unit. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality. The white color is bright and looks great. All surfaces are the same color with the same level of color saturation. Inside and out, back and front top and bottom, all look great. So you can place this in your room and expose any angle of the unit. A word about the customer service; it is truly excellent customer service. We ordered two of these units and one had a missing part. I emailed the company, as instructed on the assembly instructions, and they responded within minutes even though it was after business hours. I appreciated that so much. The part arrived quickly and was the correct part. No hassle at all. And the tone of the emails was very friendly and efficient. It was a very good experience. I recommend this product and this company.

Extremely pleased with this purchase. I am not one to leave very many reviews, but this particular item deserves it. I read quite a few of the reviews before purchasing mine, all of which were very positive. Very sturdy product. Does not look like an inexpensive piece of furniture. Easy to assemble, though it does take a little bit of time. I will definitely purchase from this manufacturer again. Do not hesitate if you are on the fence.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture at a very reasonable price point!!! It is very well made, the instructions were very clear with words and diagrams, the parts were nicely packaged and very easy to work with. Though I did not have to contact them, they provided clear instructions on how to reach them if necessary reassuring the consumer that, if it were needed, replacement parts would be sent immediately. I can't say enough good things about this purchase, its EXACTLY what I was looking for!

This brand never disappoints! Bought for my teenage daughter, after having purchased several Fatorri pieces for my home. Easy to put together, great color options, sizes to accommodate your space available. Well styled, easy to move if needed, and great value, look very nice too!

Easy to assemble. Instructions are clear. Very sturdy, drawer is very handy. Perfect in an area with limited space.

Second purchase of product from this line and manufacturer. Excellent color match, rock solid design, excellent packaging, and good quality material. Instructions could be improved re right-left, front-back indications; otherwise well illustrated and very good. Extra parts and tools were appreciated. The only assembly issue was positioning of rear panels with (as instructed for good reason) un-tightened bolts. I replaced the drawer knob supplied with something else I preferred. Product as described at Amazon. Good value for price.

Arrived on time and perfect shape. The assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It took me half an hour to assemble and is very stable and sturdy!

Toutefois les instructions sont en anglais seulement, j’aurais apprécié une version en français. Ce joli meuble pourrait aller dans n’importe quelle pièce de la maison. Nous on l’a acheté pour ranger des livres et des jeux dans la salle de jeu de nos petits-enfants. Il est tellement beau que je vais probablement acgeter la version avec tiroir.

This is a sturdy, well-made and very easy to assemble piece of furniture. The assembly instructions said that two people were required to put it together but I did it by myself in about half an hour - and that included the time it took to unwrap all the pieces. I didn't attach the back panel as I didn't think it needed it. And it was very thoughtful of the manufacturer's to include extra screws as well as two different sized Allen keys. It's very precisely engineered and fit together without any effort at all.

This item had the best instructions I ever have had to use. The bookcase is well made, sturdy and beautiful. No difficulties at all in putting it together. I eould absolutely buy from this manufacturer again

High quality, sturdy, attractive, functional. Entire unit needs assembly so put aside a few hours. Excellent instructions and extra hardware provided. Managed fine on my own. I love it.
