Good product
This is a very good product. I highly recommend the product and the seller.The buyers should be where of the fact that this is would after all, and is subject to imperfection such as knots, or narrow in spots. This could be inconvenient for some DIY folks.

Easy to use

Perfect for wood burning
We got these wood planks for wood-burning obviously. They came all wrapped up and protected, which was nice, which kept the bark edging on them and kept them in good condition. I really enjoyed these planks, as they were very smooth. You could tell that they had been sanded and prepared very well for the wood-burning process. It allowed us to use our wood-burning kit and make a couple different signs for our family room. The other reason we wanted to get them is we had plans to make ornaments in the future and wanted to practice our wood burning on some quality pieces of wood. Send the majority of the planks ended up being used for just practice. But we are super happy with it. The basswood is super soft and allowed for the wood-burning very easily. It allowed us to use different tips and practice with wood-burning stamps as well.Overall, I am very happy with this product. If you are wanting to make beautiful, wood-burning signs, or just want to practice your skill on quality pieces of wood, I highly recommend this set of wood planks. It definitely helped us improve our capabilities and skill with woodburning, and they are very large, so there was plenty of practice room on them on both sides.

Well planed and ready for crafts
These planks are smooth enough on the faces for finer crafts while still having the live edge on the sides that is so desirable. These would be great for doing some sort of resin crafts or for something like wedding table settings.

Not a good piece to do a wood burning product with. However, it would probably be better for a paint project.

I ordered this plank wood to create fun home made pieces with them - I plan on painting on them and using my cricut to make signs. They are super soft, no splinters with this wood! I would purchase it again
