Been sleeping very well
It has helped me sleep very well. Now I don't take the recommended 2 gummies, I just take one every once a week so I won't heavily depend on it.

Good product but labeling misleading
The product does what it is meant to do. The only problem I had with it is before I bought it it says it only takes 1 gummie but once I got it on the bottle it said you needed to take 2 gummies rather than 1.
