Is this hat Army or Marine Corps....?

The OD GREEN FLAT TOP field hat was traditionally a Marine had in WWII, Korea, Vietnam, etc. However, As a veteran ARMY FIELD COMBAT MEDIC, with the 25th Inf, in Tay Ninh from 1969-1970, the type of field hat that was worn by ARMY units was usually the "Boonie Hat" or the Army Field Baseball type (high peak) hat. Having said that I liked the flat top OD GREEN hat, and my field unit did not tell me that I could not wear it, as I was their last living medic in our field unit. SP5, Medic, 25th Inf, Vietnam, Col (Ret) Glenn Ekblad, Flight Surgeon, and CCATT team member.

what type of adjustment in the back of hat?

As the others have said, a metal clasp which opens to allow the adjustment , then closed to maintain adjustment. Mine has an eagle embossed on it. Very precise adjustment possible.

Not so much....have other hats that I feel fit better...my buddy is over six feet tall and big....this did not fit him well

Do cap come in color white

The manufacturer doesn't make this cap in White. Thank You
