I purchased this for our prep person so that they weren't stuck cutting mountain of vegetables every day.It definitely has cut their time in prepping things like chopped onions , diced tomatoes , making pico de gallo, onion relish and so much more .It's super easy to use , clean up can be a pain sometimes but it gets the job done .It's compact so there's no problem in finding a storage place for it .It does get used on a daily basis 7 days s week and the blades are still super sharp.In terms of sturdiness it is still going strong although the plastic container fell on the floor and cracked it's still usable.Our prep peeps don't get cramped hands anymore from having to hand cut everything anymore and they all say the same thing it's a game changer .All the vegetables are uniform and it has created less waste .It's pretty sturdy on the prep tables and it doesn't slide around either so the grip is a bonus .You should be careful when cleaning the blades because even I've knicked myself a time or two . There is a safety guard included as well.

So far, this gadget works great. Made short work of slicing nice, thin carrot slices, and paper thin cucumbers. It's a little fussy to use for small quantities, but perfect when you need to prepare for a crowd. My only complaint is that the accessories don't all fit nicely into the bin.

The parts don’t come apart easily, and even after a thorough wash, bits of food seem to get stuck in hard-to-reach places, making the cleaning process feel more like a chore than a convenience.While it certainly does the job faster than chopping by hand, I’m not sure it justifies the noise, effort, and cleaning difficulties. This thing is great. IMPORTANT: Only cut fruits and veggies. This does not work for cooked meats (yep, broke one of them). For the price it’s great but not the sturdiest thing so don’t slam it and don’t overload it. Peppers or veggies with more pliable skins are best cut with the larger attachment that it comes with.
