these are excellent, but please do chew them. I found one at the bottom of the WC. They are very bitter (but bitter herbs tend to be beneficial); just chew them and have something nearby to drink to help get rid of the bitterness. They are excellent.

Day 3 and not very much has happened. So had to up the colon cleanse part two to 2 tablets on one of the doses. Seems to have helped. I’ve used the colon cleanse before successfully but couldn’t buy just that on its own.

I have been using this twice a year for a decade, whenever I try a course of (cheaper) alternatives I come back to this. I have several allergy and autoimmune issues, and always feel better allround with this. Muscle pains lessen, I can breathe, smell and taste better, 'regularity' is restored and my skin clears up as well Please be aware that this is not a weight-loss aid (although sometimes sold as such) and should not be used constantly. I have been taking these on and off for years now. I first discovered them after working at a vitamin cottage. These work surprisingly well. No cramping like senna. These have valuable herbs that are great for your liver and overall health. I believe one has to already eat somewhat healthy before adding these to your lifestyle. Take it slow at first. I start with just one of each at night then work up to morning and evening. You will know what is best for your body.

I purchased this so I could get some kind of natural cleanse and detox without having to fast. I purchased the 5 day cleanse but haven't had the right time or the desire to fast for 5 days. This one may not be "ultimate" but it works rather well. I took 2 of each tablet in the morning and 2 of each at night. However, you will be hitting the bathroom at some unexpected moments, so keep that in mind! The first day, it may take 3 or 4 hours or more to kick in, but after a few days it's like clockwork. An hour or so after taking the pills and eating, you will hit the bathroom. I would suggest not taking it too late at night because you will wake up and need to run to the bathroom. I made that mistake more than once. So, if you have a bathroom available throughout the day, no long commutes or needing to find a bathroom, then give it a try! I had to stop it off and on because of my schedule, a couple of days off, then started up again. That's a plus for this product too. I feel less bloated, and I don't have bad gas from eating certain foods like usual - iron rich foods, etc. It definitely helps with cleansing the system, but not sure about the detoxification part of it. I'm not sure what signs to look for. I purchased another box to do again after I take a break off of it for a month or so. When I do take it, I eat mostly fruit and veggies, some grains and some lean meat, and a lot of water or no calorie beverages.

The product is for more than just bowel movements, it is relatively gentle, and gives you more energy and a clearer head, as well as better digestion and less discomfort if you've had your fill of bad holiday food and alcohol. I take it once or twice a year to clear the pipes and my system of pollutants and toxins from food, alcohol etc.., I try to eat relatively clean and organic, but also have guilty pleasures that I try to moderate (french fries or pizza, beer, once or twice a week). I exercise regularly and sweat a lot when I do, to clean my system out as well. So, the effects of this product aren't uncomfortable or drastic for me, once the herbs build-up in my system, they start to work over time, and I've never really noticed any adverse side effects. ONLY take these successively for no more than 30 days, for others 2 weeks is plenty, 2 in the AM, 2 in the PM. IF you have been eating fast food, not exercising, smoke or drink, etc.., for a long time and have never done a cleanse before, or haven't in a long, long time, yes, you may experience side effects such as temporary acne or constant bowel movements, etc..., I think that is expected and something you might be best getting through, then changing some lifestyle habits if you're concerned.
