For outdoor plants, make sure to use containers with drainage holes. Fill the container with Expert Gardener™ Potting Mix for Potted Plants within 1 inch of the rim container and firmly press down on the soil. Form holes in the soil and plant your plants. Gently water. Repot your plants with Expert Gardener™ Potting Mix for Potted Plants if plant is root-bound, leaves are yellow or wilting, or potting mix surface becomes crusty or slimy.
