The remote stopped working after a few days of use. I replaced the batteries in the remote and and the box. However, It's still not working. I was happy with the product for a few days and planned to by another one for my other kitchen cabinets. Booooooooooo.Update: Seller contacted me and was quick to resolve the issue with a replacement unit. I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning it using Amazon. Thank you much.

The adhesive for the lights is really bad. They don't stick to anything. The lights itself are pretty but the app is really confusing to use. It comes with a remote but that doesn't work either. Also the lights don't hold a charge. We have to change the batteries daily and costs more money to keep them going than it's worth.

The media could not be loaded. Nice lights, needed some for an off-road party platform and some for my 5th wheel.Pretty bright once the sun sets, lots of colors to choose from and brightness levels and can sync to multiple sets to control at once.I have a usb power pack to run them on the truck, it's 12,000mah so it'll run 20ft just over 12 hours on a chargeAs others mentioned the adhesive is junk. I prepped all surfaces. Some even bare metal and within 20 minutes it was coming off, luckily I saw this ahead of time and had fast drying contact cement already on hand. a 1/16 bead down the strip and good to go.I will be ordering multiple more since they are perfect for my uses.

The color is beautiful when working correctly.But after being on for a few hours, they turn to a low red light. If you turn off the batttery pack for a few minutes and turn back on, it will go back to full color….but what a hassle!And it doesn’t stick well to wood. I had to use E6000 glue to adhere it.The app works well to change the colors, but setting a timer doesn’t work.They are $20…you get what you pay for I guess.

I bought the first LED kit to back light an aluminum sign in my office. Out of the box, they worked great. They don't come with instructions, but are easy to figure out. I got them applied to the back of the sign (which I cleaned with soap and water and rubbing alcohol) and the remote wouldn't give me a good teal color (which is what I was looking for), so I downloaded the app. After about 45 minutes of trying to get the app to work, it finally found my lights and I was able to adjust them to a vivid teal color, so I was very happy and bought two more kits for my employees for their toolboxes (they like bling). The second day, the lights were falling off the back of the sign, so I took it down and reapplied the lights. When I went to turn it back on from the app it wouldn't work, so I used the remote. All of the colors were muddy and reddish, and I couldn't get any blues, so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it hoping to fix the issue. It didn't. When I tried to get more blue from the app everything went red. When I tried moving everything to red, it went green, and I couldn't get anything similar to teal or white. I replaced the batteries thinking that they might be low, but that didn't work either. The remote won't do anything now, not even on and off. And even though I didn't try to turn them on today, a few minutes ago they were on but a very dim red so I just took them down and removed the batteries. One of my employees installed her set on her toolbox and they worked fine for about 8 hours until the batteries died (the batteries were brand new), so she plugged them into a hardwired USB port and they're working so far. I guess if hers keep working I could give them another star.The set for my other employee didn't work at all, but the company replaced them the next day so that's good customer service. She hasn't installed her set on her toolbox yet, so I can't really say anything about them yet.Overall, I'm very disappointed. They were so great for one day, and then yuck!AFTER MORE WORKING WITH THEM, THEY WORK JUST FINE IF HARDWIRED. IF YOU USE THEM WITH BATTERIES, ONLY EXPECT ABOUT 8 HOURS OF LIFE UNTIL YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE BATTERIES.

Adhesive seemed sticky but after 10 min it started to fall down. I tried to stick it back on the wall and used a squeegy to add pressure and secure in place but continued to fall down.Connection to the second reel was also very week and would disconnect multiple times. Had to secure it separately.After using command strips to secure it it seemed to work perfectly, but then now we are unable to change the colors. It is stuck on red and green.Would definitely not recommend.

I bought these expecting to be somewhat satisfied, adjusting my expectations to the price. They worked fine for backlighting a vanity but they're:1. Not very strong2. The colors don't blend well. For example, you can see the hues of green when it's on yellow.3. I bought two sets and 1 of the 2 didn't work at all. I tried multiple sets of batteries, but it is what it is. Not worth the hassle of returning.Overall, it's fine if you go into it needing them for a cheap, simple job. If wanting to get higher quality for bigger projects, my Govee lights seemed better (but also more $). Not sure how long they'll last but they're cheap enough to just throw out and replace if needed.
