I opted for the 300mcg as I was nervous about getting any higher when the daily intake needed is just 15mcg. I have been taking for nearly a month now and have noticed a small improvement in my hair growth. I had lost an amount of hair due to stress alopecia. my hair seems stronger and the area where there was loss there appears to be thicker growth. This may be psychological but for now my confidence has returned. I have conerns about break outs that other people have noticed but so far I seem to have been lucky.

I have dyed hair unfortunately since taking these my hair has hardened but knots up very quick. Ive always slept with my hair out and it rarely turned into knots this bad. I’ve never had this side effect from other biotin. Not sure what’s different about this except that it’s in tablet form.

Seems good so far. I wanted a small dose because I'm prone to breakouts and getting nauseous with vitamins, but these are good. I did take a pill before eating, and that was a mistake, but a pill after a single piece of toast did the trick. I've been taking it for a week now, and I *think* my nails are harder, but haven't seen a change in hair yet. I will be upping my dose to two pills a day tomorrow. My hair does feel soft though! Update: It's been over a month, and nails seem harder, and hair has grown about a half-inch more than usual! No breakouts, either. UPDATE 2: It's been about 3 months, and my hair has grown 3 inches! I average about 1 inch a month now, instead of about half an inch. I'm super, super thrilled with these. They never once broke me out, my hair has grown like a weed, and my nails flake less. So happy. :)

I have used this product a liked it. It helped stop my hair loss and made my nails stronger. This times I ordered two bottles. One bottle came broken. Since they're not returnable and they're delivered USPS, I contacted the vendor, who includes info to do this inside the box, I sent them an email 4 days ago - no reply as yet. This is why I rated it only 1 star. Update: Vendor replaced one broken bottle with two. Changed rating to 5. This product really helps my hair and my nails.

Llevo un año y medio tomando estos suplementos de biotina. Tardas un.poco en ver efectos (2 a 2 meses), pero yo realmente estoy encantada. El pelo ha dejado de caerse y lo tengo mas sano y bonito.
