Ordered 4-29-25 in the morning and Received pillow @1600 the same day. Wow what great service. Used pillow last night and had a very good , painless night sleep. Pillow had great cervical support,felt cool,and perfect height for shoulders and neck area. I also use a cpap nasal pillow machine and pillow was comfortable even with my head gear. Highly recommend and will purchase again. Size was perfect even for ou king size bed.

Pillow is soft yet supportive. The curve even though not ideal for me, the other side was because of the length between my neck and shoulder. Whether you’re side or back sleep this thing is ideal. Also, if you use the curved side, it is helpful for 2 reasons - High loft and neck stretch. The height (loft) of the pillow is “adjustable” because the curved side is higher than regular size.The pillow does not sink like traditional pillow. There is no smell to the pillow when you live face down as well. Unlike traditional pillow, I found this pillow to be soft and sturdy at the same time. I have 13 pillows and the 14th one is my favorite.I suggest this product because customer support is great. Give it a try, you can always return it.

This pillow did help my neck a little. I sleep better at night with less soreness. I think it would be better for me if it were just a little thicker though. I'd recommend trying this pillow out, but it likely will be a combination of things that help with your pain. Also, you don't need to buy a fancy pillowcase, any standard pillowcase will work fine. I use one with the pocket fold so it doesn't slip off.

AMAZING!!! I can't sleep without this pillow. I have a bad beck and shoulders and this supports me in every way for sleeping flat with my neck level and not kinked. I can even sleep on my side!! Love it!! And it stays cool, not hot. Perfect size! No chemical smells, perfect shape for comfortable sleeping. I just out my own pillow case over it. Perfect design!

The shape and support of this pillow are absolutely ideal. It would be a great replacement for my old memory foam pillow....My only complaint is that this pillow is extremely hot to me. I wake up soaked in sweat and I never ha da problem with my previous memory foam pillows.

Very pleased with the pillow. I’m a side sleeper. This pillow is very comfortable and I wake up with no back or neck stiffness. I’m having a more restful sleep and my wife mentioned that I have much less tossing and turning during the night.

I really like the pillow, it's very soft for my neck and head. I wish it would come with different color options but that doesn't really matter. It also expanded quickly for memory foam. The firmness is somewhere in the middle, is not too soft but isn't too firm. It supports my head without sinking into it. The pillow itself isn't overly large either, so even on a twin or queen did bed two wouldn't take up much space. Definitely a good buy!

I’ve been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for a few years and have tried a few different cervical pillows. This one has been the only one that didn’t feel strange and had no odor. I have been finally sleeping through the night with no neck pain or headache in the morning!
