Very nice am taking this to recover from chronic illness and taking 2 in morning, I feel relaxed. Jarrow is a good brand.

Helps with adrenal exhaustion and general fatigue. I've tried many herbs and this one seems to help a bit. Good price and Jarrow have a good reputation.

Wholeheartedly recommend
I bought this product because I read some studies about the use of Ashwagandha in order to enhance your physical performance. After prolonged use, I saw better results at the gym (and I don't think it a placebo).
